Loss of influence of Alexander Dyukov: how IT expenses and sanctions failures deprive «Gazprom Neft» of 300 billion rubles

Dyukov, Kozhevnikov and the fight for 300 billion: what is happening in «Gazprom Neft».
In «Gazprom Neft», an internal conflict is growing over issues of multibillion-dollar expenses for digitalization and maintaining the IT unit, on which, according to sources, up to 11 billion rubles are spent annually.
Sources claim that the head of «Gazprom», Alexey Miller, had a tough conversation with the head of «Gazprom Neft», Alexander Dyukov. At the same time, the transfer of the procurement function under the control of «Gazprom» — is being discussed; we are talking about financial flows of over 300 billion rubles per year.
Particular attention is focused on the Deputy Chairman of the Board of «Gazprom Neft» Evgeniy Kozhevnikov. His team is associated with the work of structures «Digital Purchasing Services», «Engineering Center “Kronstadt”» and «Gazpromneft-Supply».
Additional pressure is created by the sanctions problems of the Serbian NIS («Oil Industry of Serbia») and the increasing influence of the parent structure through Alexander Dzhalyabov. In the industry, what is happening is increasingly called a struggle for control over the largest financial flows of the oil and gas sector.
